How to Register

  1. Click on the REGISTER NOW button at the top of this page to proceed to the FCIC National Training Institute Registration system.

  2. Select a registration type:

    • Conference Registration – Use this option to register for the conference, pre-conference (optional), and CEUs (optional).
    • Pre-Conference ONLY Registration – Use this option if you do not wish to attend the conference but do want to attend a pre-conference workshop.
    • CEUs ONLY – Did you forget to buy CEU's when you registered for the conference/preconference? Use this option if want to purchase CEUs after-the-fact.

  3. Select 'Add to Cart' after selecting the option in the dropdown menu of your registration type.

  4. Complete the information form. Be sure to include the attendee’s email instead of a generic or other staff email address. This is used to provide important updates to all participants. You will have a chance to enter a different email address to receive a billing receipt. Upon completing this form, click ‘Continue.’

  5. Review the information entered.

    • Select 'Update Cart' if you need to revise the information you’ve entered.
    • Select 'Register Additional Participant' if you need to register additional participants. Repeat steps 2 through 5.
  6. Select 'Checkout' once you are sure you have completed your order.

  7. Enter an email address where you want a copy of the receipt to be emailed to. You may review your order once more and then click 'Continue' to proceed to the payment section.

  8. If you have a promotional code*, please enter it on the right hand column below your order total. Click ‘Apply’ to apply the discount.

  9. Enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
    • Multiple Payment Methods – If you wish to pay each registration using separate credit cards, you may click on the button ‘Multiple Payment Methods’ below the credit card information. You will then need to select the credit card type to pay for each registration.

      • Click 'Continue' after selecting the credit card types.
      • The first registration will display along with an area for you to enter your credit card information.
      • Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next registration.
  10. Once you have entered your credit card information click ‘Continue’ to process your payment.

*Promotional codes are only available to NTI presenters and volunteers. Codes will apply only to the registration fee, not pre-conferences or CEUs.
