Teri Patrick, M.Ed., has 25+ years in the early childhood field as a teacher, special educator, center director, adult trainer, and project manager. She works at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Family and Preventive Medicine, Division of Research and Evaluation (RED). RED translates research to practice with several projects that promote quality early childhood care and education and family support. Teri’s current main focus is the development, implementation, and evaluation of a training for ECE providers with a focus on enhancing teacher capacity to support children’s social-emotional development, REACH. REACH is a series of teacher and director workshops based on the Pyramid Model. It is currently being disseminated across Arkansas.
