Kaitlin Mulcahy, M.A., LPC, IMH-E® IV-Clinical, is the Associate Director of the Center for Autism and Early Childhood Mental Health within the College of Education and Human Services at Montclair State University. Before joining MSU, she worked as an early intervention specialist and supervisor at Children’s Community Early Intervention program within Children’s Hospital Boston, and as a family play therapist within the child welfare system, primarily doing family-centered, developmentally-informed, play-based therapy. Kaitlin is a licensed clinician in New Jersey, a Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors, and an Endorsed Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor by the New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health. Kaitlin serves as the immediate Past-President of the New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health, and a national consultant for the Alliance for the Advancement for Infant Mental Health.
