Elizabeth M. Appleton worked at the University of South Florida in the Department of Child and Family Studies for 5 years providing technical assistance through the Quality Counts for Kids’ (QCFK) Program Wide Positive Behavior Support (PWPBS) project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a specialization in early childhood and a master’s degree in early childhood curriculum and instruction from the University of South Florida. Elizabeth’s focus is supporting families who are involved in the foster care system and on nurturing the social emotional development of young children.
